CARP-R-US CLUB NEWS

As there is no match this week, it gives me an opportunity to thank all the members that turned up at the Bar El Alto for our Clubs Presentation evening and annual Dinner Dance.

The winners were as follows; The Winter series John Brightling; The Winter Cup match Andy Foden; The Spring series Dennis Pick; The Spring Cup match Pete Kerr; The Valencia Trophy Pete Kerr; The Summer series Steve Collins; The Summer Cup match Dave Hoare; The Knock out Trophy Dave Hoare; The Pairs Trophy Duo Dave Hoare and Ann Fowles; The Autumn series Steve Collins; The Autumn Cup match Derek King.

The series Cups were the points from the best 8 out of 10 matches during that series. So well done to all the anglers concerned.

The Club is now open to new members and the first meeting of the new year will be on Sunday the 15th of January at 11.00 am. The Clubs home is at the Bar El Alto La Dolores which is to be found just off the N332 between La Mata and Guardamar.
